Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains what data IB Link Guard ("IBLG", "we") collects when you use the platform, what it's used for, and what your rights are.
1. Who is responsible for your data
IB Link Guard is a product by Igor Barral. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to contato@igorbarral.com.br.
2. What data we collect
- Login data: your name, email, and Google account identifier, provided by Google when you sign in.
- Tax ID (CPF/CNPJ): collected only if you subscribe to the paid plan, required by Asaas to issue the Pix charge.
- Product usage data: the affiliate links you add (original URL, title, generated short link, monitoring status, click count).
- Browsing data: usage events (login, link created, subscription started) collected via Firebase Analytics, and your language preference (stored in your browser via
localStorage).
3. How we use this data
- Authenticate you and keep your session active;
- Generate and monitor your short links, and let you swap the destination;
- Process your subscription charge, when applicable;
- Understand how the product is used, to prioritize improvements.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with:
- Google — authentication (sign-in);
- Asaas — processing the subscription's Pix charge (receives your name, email and tax ID);
- Firebase Analytics (Google) — product usage metrics.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to contato@igorbarral.com.br. Deleting your account removes your registered links; billing data may be retained for the period required by tax law.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data (secrets kept out of version control, HTTPS in production). No system is 100% secure, and we'll do our best to notify you in case of a relevant incident.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.
