Terms of Service

By creating an account or using IB Link Guard ("IBLG", "the platform"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What the service is

IBLG lets you add affiliate links, generate a shareable short link, and monitor whether the original destination is still live, letting you swap the destination without republishing the short link you already shared.

2. Sign-up

Sign-in is exclusively via Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — it's how your IBLG account is authenticated.

3. Plans and billing

• Free plan: 1 monitored link, at no cost, indefinitely.
• Subscription plan: R$ 11.99/month, charged via Pix (Asaas), unlocks unlimited links.
• The subscription renews automatically every monthly cycle. You can cancel at any time; unlimited access remains active until the end of the already-paid period.
• No refunds for periods already paid, except where required by law (e.g. the 7-day right of withdrawal from first purchase under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code).

4. Acceptable use

You may not use IBLG to add or share links that:

• Are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or phishing;
• Infringe on third-party copyright or intellectual property;
• Distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.

Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or terminated without notice.

5. Link monitoring

Status checks are best-effort (currently on-demand; scheduled automatic checks are a planned feature). We don't guarantee instant detection of the original link going down, and we're not liable for lost affiliate commissions resulting from IBLG's or the original destination's unavailability.

6. Responsibility for content

You're solely responsible for the links you add and the content they point to. IBLG doesn't review or endorse the content of registered destinations.

7. Changes to the service or these terms

We may change the service's features or these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.

8. Account termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Questions or complaints can be sent to contato@igorbarral.com.br.
